Top Ten Books I Read In 2013

This was such a hard TTT to do...I feel like I've read so many amazing books this year. I did narrow it down to 10. I think it's funny that they are all darker covers :)

Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #1)The Silver Linings PlaybookPoisonMila 2.0 (MILA 2.0, #1)Enclave (Razorland, #1)All Our YesterdaysPivot Point (Pivot Point, #1)Cinder (Lunar Chronicles, #1)Opal (Lux, #3)Unravel Me (Shatter Me, #2)

All of these books were incredible to me in some fashion. There were angels, assassins, androids, time travel, zombies, aliens, and superpowers galore. I tried to pick a top book and I can't choose. They are all amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Seriously Series Reading Challenge 2014

So I saw this reading challenge but didn't sign up for it this year...

However, I'm ready to do it in 2014. I'm currently in the middle of 56 series and in dire need of finishing some of them.

Reading the Paranormal - 2014 Seriously Series Reading Challenge

Definitions
For this challenge, a series is defined as a collection of two or more books that belong together and where the second book is published before the end of 2014. This is a pretty broad definition of series, and it includes traditional series like the Black Dagger Brotherhood series, less traditional series like Stephanie Perkins's YA contemps (Anna and the French Kiss, Lola and the Boy Next Door), and shorter series, like Kendare Blake's Anna series (Anna Dressed in Blood, Girl of Nightmares).

A series is considered complete in one of two ways: either as finishing all the books that you own in the series or as obtaining and reading all the books that have been published in the series to date. Because we don't want this challenge to become a financial burden, how you choose to define completion is left to your discretion.

Top Ten Books On My Winter TBR

Eragon (The Inheritance Cycle, #1)Eldest (The Inheritance Cycle, #2)Brisingr (The Inheritance Cycle, #3)Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle, #4)Uglies (Uglies, #1)Alice in Zombieland (The White Rabbit Chronicles, #1)Anna and the French Kiss (Anna and the French Kiss, #1)The Lost Hero (The Heroes of Olympus, #1)Crash into You (Pushing the Limits, #3)Pawn (The Blackcoat Rebellion, #1)

1-4. My husband read the Inheritance series before leaving for deployment in the spring. I also had a friend in middle school who recommended them to me and I'm finally getting around to them.
5. Uglies is my December Random Read. I've heard amazing things about it :)
6. Alice in Zombieland - this was the November Book BFFs book of the month, but I also have it slotted for my January TBR. I'm in love with Alice retellings!
7. Anna and the French Kiss has been on my TBR several times in 2013 and it has also been book of the month...plus it's also been a Random Read pick that I never got around to reading...and I also have it slotted for my January TBR. I WILL read this book this winter!
8. I finished The Last Olympian at the very end of November and I'm so excited to start the Heroes of Olympus series! Rick Riordan is amazing!
9. Katie McGarry's books made a few of my Top Tens for their amazingness. I jumped at the chance to get Crash Into You on Netgalley.
10. Pawn has a very interesting premise and also received this from Netgalley, so I'm very excited to read it, too.

What books made your winter TBR?
